Delivery Zones & Rates
We proudly deliver beautiful blooms within a 35km radius of our Thornlands flower shed.

For orders under $119.90, delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our store. Please refer to the table below for our delivery zones, minimum order requirements, and standard delivery fees:

Same-Day Delivery (Brisbane Metro) We offer same-day delivery across the Brisbane Metro area 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM AEST for same-day service. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
2-Hour Click & Collect Free in-store pickup is available from our Thornlands coolrooms. Please allow 2 hours for our expert florists to handcraft your order.
If No One is Home (Authority to Leave) If the recipient is not at home, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place near the front door. If there is no safe place to leave them (e.g., locked apartment buildings with no concierge, or extreme weather conditions), the courier will return the flowers to our Thornlands shed. A re-delivery fee will apply for a second attempt.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check the delivery address before checking out. If an incorrect address is provided and the delivery is completed, Flower Shed cannot be held responsible. If the courier must redirect the delivery due to a wrong address, an additional re-delivery fee will be charged.
Hospitals & Secured Apartments For hospital deliveries, please ensure the patient is not in ICU (where flowers are strictly prohibited) and provide the correct Ward and Bed Number. For apartments, please provide clear instructions or a contact number for the recipient.
