100% Happiness Guarantee At Flower Shed, we exist to deliver joy. If you or your recipient are not completely thrilled with your blooms upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Perishable Goods Because flowers are a highly perishable natural product, we do not offer refunds for a "change of mind." The lifespan of flowers depends heavily on environmental conditions and post-delivery care.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please email us with a clear photograph of the blooms within 24 hours. For quality-related issues, we will gladly arrange a replacement bouquet only to make it right. Please note that monetary refunds are not provided for perishable floral quality claims.
Cancellations & Transaction Fees Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. However, a 5% administration fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover non-refundable transaction fees processed by the Shopify platform. Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched.
